Great quality of build for the actual kit (Vario) Great support, Sam (Evesham branch) was extremely helpful and supportive all the way through initial viewing which helped me select the appropriate package for my needs, actual installation and making sure that I fully understood packing/unpacking of kit between camping trips. I broke a tent pole on my Kampa Tailgater on my first camping trip last weekend. Though I never bought this tent from them (and they do stock them), they were so helpful over the phone when I rang them to ask for some help with it. They said they carried spare poles for many tents and would call me back as soon asthey located one. They did within the hour. Next day I visited their showroom and store and what a welcome. I was offered a coffee whilst I walked around their huge display of awnings and camping furniture. Also looked at many micro-campers they had on show. The owners, Jason and Rachael couldn’t have been more attentive if they tried. I was shown the shop and WOW! It is stocked over two floors with everything you could possibly need for your camping adventures. I can honestly say it was the best camping shop I have ever visited in all my years. Jason then gave me 4 poles of varying lengths to meet my needs and thoughtfully also one with the base ferrule for attaching to the tent in the event that one broke. All for a tenner! I said I’ll be back for anything I need, however Rachael also advised me that they have their online store and happy to ship goods too and send out lots of deliveries daily. Very helpful and lovely to chat to. Nothing was to much trouble even suggesting to us to take van and they would make sure that whatever awning we picked fitted and explained to us other things. I got the new style conversion - Solo plus and it’s a dream. Storage space plus I can add seats in or out ( or leave them in). Such a clever design.
