Portable, lightweight gas barbecue

The Carri Chef 40 with high-performance burner, allows for outdoor cooking anywhere, anytime. Easy to use and assemble, this robust, compact and portable barbecue unit comes with automatic piezo ignition and a built-in temperature thermometer, helping you gauge the perfect cooking temperature for grilling and barbequing your meat, fish, or vegetables to perfection.

It has an adjustable foot on one leg, allowing you to obtain stability on any surface or terrain. A removable porcelain enamelled fat pan and GreenGrill coating across all BBQ grids allows for easy cleaning, making this the perfect accompaniment to your next outdoor adventure.

With automatic piezo ignition, this easy-to-use and assemble unit comes complete with an adjustable foot on one leg, allowing you to obtain stability on uneven ground, ideal for campsites. The two-part legs, with easy screw-in fitting, offer dual height cooking of approx. 93cm and 70cm.

The dome lid, with a stay-cool handle and thermometer, hooks onto the side of the BBQ to act as a windshield, and the utility shelf provides convenient tools and condiment storage.

The 39cm BBQ Grid is ceramic GreenGrill coated, for quick heat up times, even heat distribution and easy cleaning. Perfect for all styles of BBQ cooking, ensuring those all-important sear marks on griddled veggies and steaks. Also included is a 36cm Paella Pan, perfect for paellas, curries, chilli plus your morning bacon and eggs.

Modular system compatible, all Series 40 cooking surfaces can be used on the Carri Chef 40 – whip up a paella or pizza with ease.

The enamelled fat pan has flame ‘peep’ holes and lifts out for easy cleaning, and for when not in use, the entire unit packs down compactly into a durable storage bag with secure straps for the two-part leg

Your gas supply
Carri Chef 40 BBQ Paella Pan QR will run off either Butane or Propane gas, which regulates between 28-30mBar (Butane) and 37mBar (Propane).

We don’t supply a regulator and hose with any of our barbecues. As they can be run from multiple gas sources, there isn’t one single regulator which can be used for all the different gas sources. Therefore, our regulators and hoses are sold separately, so that our customers can make sure they have one that is appropriate to their gas source.
